What does it cost?+
Browsing and posting a campaign are free. When you book, a 15% fee is added on top of the creator's rate (10% on Pro, $12/month). The fee is shown before you pay. Creators keep 90% of their rate.
Can colleagues share the account?+
Team seats are part of Enterprise. On Free and Pro, one login per brand.
Is my money safe?+
Yes. You pay securely and the creator is paid only for work you approve. If something goes wrong, our team helps sort it out.
Do I need a contract?+
The terms you agree in the chat (deliverable, rate, deadline, usage) are the record. For bigger programmes, Enterprise includes custom contracts.
Can I send product instead of paying a fee?+
Yes. Gifted campaigns are built in: creators who accept product collaborations apply, add a delivery address, and you add the tracking number when you ship.
