Yes. Every payment is secure, and the creator is paid only once you approve the work. Brands and creators stay in control, and our team is here if anything needs sorting out.
What if I'm not happy with the content?+
Ask the creator for changes before you approve. If you still can't agree, contact our team and we'll help resolve it fairly.
What are the fees?+
Brands pay 15% on top of the creator's fee on the free plan, 10% on Pro. Creators keep 90% of what they earn: a $100 booking pays the creator $90. You always see the fee before you pay.
Are creators verified?+
Yes. Creators connect their Instagram or YouTube, so the numbers you see come from the platform itself.
What is a gifted campaign?+
You send creators your product instead of a fee. Only creators who want product collaborations are offered them.
How do creators get paid?+
Approved earnings go to the creator's wallet and can be withdrawn by bank transfer. Joining is free, with no monthly fee.
Do I need Pro?+
No. The free plan lets you post a campaign and browse every creator. Pro lowers the fee to 10% and adds unlimited campaigns and gifted campaigns.
I manage several creators. Can I use one login?+
