Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You can search and browse creators and send up to 5 messages per month, and post 1 campaign immediately.
What is the marketplace fee?
Free brands pay a 15% fee added to the order total. Pro and Enterprise brands pay a reduced 10% fee. Creators always pay 10% deducted from their payout. All fees are shown clearly at checkout — no hidden charges.
What gets unlocked on Pro?
Pro brands can see creator handles and contact info, full pricing, post unlimited campaigns, send unlimited messages, and access order analytics and creator review history. Plus a reduced 10% marketplace fee.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you ~20% compared to monthly. You pay upfront for 12 months. Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. All paid plans are month-to-month (or annual) and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. No contracts, no lock-in.
Do creators pay fees too?
Creators join and list their services free. A 10% platform fee is deducted from their payout automatically — factored into pricing so there are no surprises.
