What is the marketplace fee?
On Basic, we charge a 10% fee on each transaction. Pro and Premium plans get a reduced 5% fee. There are no hidden charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all paid plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. No contracts or lock-ins.
What's included in a campaign?
A campaign lets you post a brief with your requirements. Influencers apply, and you choose who to hire. Pro allows 5/mo, Premium is unlimited.
Do creators pay fees too?
Creators join and list their services free. A small platform fee is deducted from their payout, which is factored into pricing automatically.
